This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a binding agreement between individual users (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Users") and Dremix (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us" or "Our"). This Agreement governs all terms and rules for your access, browsing and use of the Dremix AI portrait styling application and all its core services. By accessing and using the Dremix application and its functional services, you fully confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you shall immediately stop using our application and related services.
Dremix is a lightweight AI-powered portrait styling tool based on image-to-image and dual-image fusion technology, focusing on providing users with zero-threshold virtual outfit changing, makeup trial, hairstyle switching and trendy personalized portrait generation services. All services of Dremix are limited to personal non-commercial use scenarios, and users shall abide by this Agreement and relevant usage norms during the service use process.
1.1 No Account Registration Required. Dremix adopts a no-account service model. You can use all core functional services of the application directly without completing account registration, identity verification, mobile phone binding, email authentication or any other identity information submission operations. We will not create, store or manage any personal user account data for you.
1.2 Core Service Content. Users can voluntarily upload personal portrait photos through the application. Based on AI image-to-image technology and dual-image fusion technology, we provide one-click intelligent styling services including trendy style matching (Quiet Luxury, Cleanfit, American Retro and other mainstream styles), virtual outfit replacement, intelligent makeup fitting and hairstyle optimization. All services are for users' personal daily dressing reference, personal social media material creation and personal image style previews only.
1.3 Independent User Responsibility. You shall independently bear all responsibilities for the portrait photos you upload and the content you generate. You guarantee that all uploaded images are your legal personal portrait materials, and you have full right to use, authorize and process the corresponding image content. You shall not upload illegal, infringing, obscene, violent or other non-compliant content, and you shall bear all legal liabilities arising from non-compliant uploading and use behaviors.
2.1 Real-Time Processing Mechanism. All image processing operations of Dremix are completed in real time based on the user's single service session. After you complete the image generation operation, exit the service page or close the application, our system will stop all processing operations for the current image content immediately.
2.2 Processing Scope Definition. Our AI technology only performs overall visual style optimization and scene fitting processing on the uploaded portrait images. The processing scope is limited to picture overall tone adjustment, clothing area replacement, hairstyle area modification, makeup effect superposition and overall style rendering. The system only identifies the overall composition and regional division of the picture, without targeted identification and analysis of human facial features.
2.3 Temporary Data Processing Standard. All data generated during the AI image processing process is only temporary runtime data for supporting the current styling generation. No temporary processing data will be cached, stored or uploaded to the server for long-term retention, and all temporary data will be automatically and completely cleared after the single service ends.
In order to fully protect users' facial biological privacy and personal portrait security, Dremix hereby clearly stipulates that our application, system background and AI algorithm mechanism will never collect, acquire, extract, analyze, store, backup, transmit or use any user facial information in any form during all service links including image uploading, AI image-to-image generation, dual-image fusion processing and style rendering. The detailed non-collection rules are specified as follows:
4.1 Platform Intellectual Property. All intellectual property rights of Dremix, including but not limited to application software copyright, algorithm technology patent, interface design, style template design, text content and graphic design, belong exclusively to us. No user or third party shall copy, imitate, modify, disseminate or use the above intellectual property contents for commercial purposes without our written authorization.
4.2 User Generated Content Rights. The personalized styling images generated by users through Dremix services are for users' personal non-commercial use. Users enjoy the personal use right of the generated content, but they shall not transfer, authorize, sell or commercially exploit the generated images in any form.
5.1 Non-Commercial Usage Limitation. All Dremix services are only applicable to personal non-commercial scenarios including personal dressing reference and personal social material creation. Any commercial use, paid service, secondary commercial dissemination, commercial derivative creation and other commercial behaviors are strictly prohibited.
5.2 Service Stability Disclaimer. We will try our best to maintain the stability and normal operation of the application service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free and completely safe at all times. We reserve the right to suspend, adjust or terminate part or all of the service functions due to system maintenance, version iteration, technical upgrade and other reasonable reasons without prior notice to users.
5.3 User Behavior Disclaimer. Any illegal or improper use of the service by users that causes personal rights infringement, property loss or legal disputes shall be independently borne by the user, and we will not bear any joint responsibility.
We reserve the right to update and revise this User Agreement according to product function iteration and service optimization needs. The revised agreement will be displayed on the application page and take effect automatically after publication. Your continued use of Dremix services after the agreement update confirms your acceptance of the revised terms.
