This Subscription Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitutes a formal binding contractual term between individual subscribing users (hereinafter referred to as "You", "Subscriber") and Dremix (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us", "Our"). This Agreement exclusively governs all rights, obligations, service terms, billing rules, usage specifications and related provisions for users who purchase, activate and use Dremix premium subscription services.
By completing subscription payment, activating premium membership and using any subscription-exclusive services of Dremix, you confirm that you have fully read, clearly understood and voluntarily accepted all clauses of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any content of this Agreement, you shall not purchase or activate our subscription services and shall terminate all use of premium functional services immediately.
Dremix is an AI-powered portrait styling tool based on image-to-image technology and dual-image fusion technology, providing zero-threshold virtual outfit changing, makeup trial, hairstyle switching and trendy portrait generation services. The subscription service is an upgraded premium service launched by Dremix, which provides users with advanced functional permissions, exclusive style resources and optimized service experience on the basis of free basic services. All subscription services are limited to personal non-commercial use.
1.1 Service Content. Dremix subscription premium services include but are not limited to unlimited AI portrait generation times, exclusive trendy style library access (including advanced Quiet Luxury, Cleanfit, American Retro and customized niche styles), ultra-high-definition image export, priority service response, no functional usage limit and other advanced privileged services. We will continuously enrich and upgrade subscription exclusive functions according to product iteration.
1.2 Service Application Rules. All subscription services are only applicable to the personal use of the subscriber. Since Dremix adopts a no-account service mode, the subscription premium permission is bound to the local device and current service session, and users can use premium functions without registering any personal account. We will not collect any personal identity information, login information or facial information of users in the subscription service process.
1.3 Service Usage Restriction. The subscription premium service and all generated premium image works are only for personal daily dressing reference, personal social media material creation and personal image style preview. Any commercial use, resale, secondary sale, authorization to third parties for use and commercial derivative creation of subscription privileges and generated content are strictly prohibited.
2.1 Payment Specification. Users can voluntarily select different subscription cycle packages provided by Dremix (including monthly subscription, quarterly subscription, annual subscription and other optional cycles) and complete payment through official authorized payment channels. All subscription fees are subject to the standard pricing announced on the official product page at the time of purchase.
2.2 Validity Period Calculation. The subscription service validity period starts immediately after the user completes the payment successfully. The premium service permission will be automatically activated and take effect, and will expire automatically after the corresponding subscription cycle ends. After the expiration, the user's service permission will automatically revert to the free basic service permission, and the exclusive premium functions will be unavailable.
2.3 Price Adjustment Right. We reserve the right to adjust the subscription package pricing, service content and preferential rules according to product operation and market adjustment. The price adjustment will only take effect for new subscription orders after the update, and will not affect the valid subscription service of existing users during the current cycle.
2.4 No Automatic Renewal Commitment. Dremix does not set mandatory automatic renewal rules for subscription services. Users need to independently select and complete renewal payment after the subscription expires. We will not deduct any fees from users without explicit user authorization.
3.1 Legal Use Obligation. Subscribing users shall use Dremix premium services in compliance with this Agreement and relevant usage norms. Users shall guarantee that all portrait photos uploaded during the use of subscription services are legal personal portrait materials, and have complete legal right of use and processing authorization.
3.2 Prohibited Behaviors. Users shall not use subscription premium services to upload, generate or disseminate illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, discriminatory and other non-compliant content. Users shall not use premium service permissions for batch data crawling, algorithm data collection, commercial creation and other behaviors that violate product usage rules.
3.3 Behavior Liability. Any illegal or irregular use of subscription services by users that causes platform rule violation disputes, third-party rights infringement or legal liabilities shall be independently borne by the user. We have the right to suspend or terminate the user's premium subscription service qualification without refund if the user violates the agreement rules.
4.1 Real-Time Processing Mechanism for Premium Services. All AI image-to-image generation and dual-image fusion processing services for subscription users adopt real-time session processing mode. All image processing operations are only effective for the current user's single use session. After the user exits the page or closes the application, all temporary processing data will be automatically cleared.
4.2 Non-Collection of User Facial Information (Exclusive Subscription Service Privacy Specification)
Dremix strictly abides by the user privacy protection principle in all subscription premium service links, and clearly stipulates that we will never collect, extract, identify, analyze, store, backup or transmit any user facial biological information in any form during the use of premium AI styling services. The detailed non-collection rules are as follows:
5.1 Valid Refund Scenarios. Users can apply for a refund of the current subscription cycle fee only when our platform has serious service failures, functional unavailability and other platform-side faults that cause the user to be unable to use the subscribed premium services normally.
5.2 Non-Refund Scenarios. We do not support unconditional refunds for subjective reasons such as users' personal dissatisfaction with the styling effect, temporary unused subscription services, or personal misoperation payment. For expired subscription cycles and subscription permissions that have been partially used, no refund application will be accepted.
5.3 Refund Processing Cycle. After the user submits a valid refund application and we complete the verification, the refund will be returned through the original payment channel within the official processing cycle. The arrival time of the refund shall be subject to the processing rules of the user's payment channel platform.
6.1 Platform Adjustment Right. We reserve the right to adjust, optimize, upgrade or suspend part of the subscription exclusive functions due to product version iteration, technical upgrade, system maintenance and other reasonable reasons. We will try our best to ensure the continuity of core subscription services and will not arbitrarily terminate valid user subscription permissions.
6.2 User Termination Right. Users can voluntarily stop using premium subscription services at any time. After the current subscription cycle expires, the premium permission will automatically terminate, and no automatic renewal or fee deduction will be generated.
6.3 Violation Termination. If the user violates the provisions of this Agreement, uses subscription services for illegal and improper behaviors, we have the right to immediately terminate the user's premium subscription qualification, suspend all exclusive service permissions, and do not bear any refund liability.
We reserve the right to revise and update this Subscription Agreement according to product operation and service optimization needs. The updated agreement content will be displayed on the official application page and take effect automatically after publication. The user's continued use of Dremix subscription premium services after the agreement update means full recognition and acceptance of the revised clauses.
